• Respond promptly to phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and answer customer questions professionally.
• Process sales receipts and invoices using Lightspeed.
• Handle warranty claims and efficiently manage the company’s Google Calendar.
• Plan and execute email campaigns to engage with customers and promote sales.
• Create, schedule, and manage social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) to boost brand visibility.
• Update and maintain website product descriptions and other content to ensure accuracy and appeal.
