We are now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Marketing Specialist to join our team for the long term.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting team management, and maintaining effective communication across departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and answer customer questions professionally.
- Process sales receipts and invoices using Lightspeed.
- Handle warranty claims and efficiently manage the company’s Google Calendar.
- Plan and execute email campaigns to engage with customers and promote sales.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) to boost brand visibility.
- Update and maintain website product descriptions and other content to ensure accuracy and appeal.
