Office Co-Ordinator/Administrator
MasterClass Properties Ltd are offering the position of an Office Co-Ordinator to someone who is eager to learn in the Real Property Estate Sector. They will work alongside the Manager and assist the Sales & Lettings team with all administrative duties in the office. Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the negotiators by arranging viewings, answering incoming calls, advertising property particulars online, chasing landlord / vendors etc.
- Be proactive in providing administrative support for branch staff
- Liaising with negotiators and clients to resolve problems
- Liaising with both landlords and tenants
- Arranging and dealing with maintenance
- Entering data and filing paperwork
- Dealing with rents and preparing monthly statements and invoices
- Corresponding the emails and writing letters
Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8,45:00 to 18:00 (with one day off during the week) and Saturdays, 9.45 to 16:00 (with one Saturday off every month)
