Masters Academy is NSW’s leading provider of in-school debating, public speaking, and communication education and training. Its head office is located in Brookvale.
Office Administrator. Part-Time. Three Days a week. Opportunity to increase hours.

Masters Academy is seeking a person to take on roles in the office that include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Answering and redirecting emails
  • Communicating information to schools, staff and parents as needed.
  • Supporting coaches, adjudicators and seminar leaders.
  • Learning and using internal systems to keep information up to date.
  • Keeping office supplies restocked

The role is essential and dynamic (always something new), with no previous debating and public speaking knowledge needed.

Masters Academy will provide:

  • All needed equipment. Laptop, books, phones or any other vital equipment.
  • Training and ongoing support.
  • Secure and dedicated parking space.
  • Kitchen and equipment.
  • Opportunities to increase work hours.
  • Opportunities to be a part of events.

WWCC Required. As this position will be in a company that works with children and takes the safety of students seriously, you will need to hold or acquire a Working with Children check for the State of NSW. You may never be in direct contact with students, but this is a requirement of Masters Academy.
