Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Coordinator / Administrator to join our vibrant team in Townsville. You’ll work closely with our National Operational Manager, Project Supervisor, and Operations Team to ensure all projects run efficiently, on time, and on budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate activities, resources, and trades across multiple building and maintenance projects
  • Be the communication hub between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Schedule and manage job details in our project system
  • Maintain up-to-date reporting and documentation
  • Source, order, and track materials and equipment to meet deadlines
  • Solve problems before they become issues—proactively suggest improvements
  • Ensure all administrative support for the project team is executed seamlessly
