We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic individual to join our team. We take pride in delivering quality digital solutions such as websites, ecommerce stores, mobile applications, CRM’s and digital marketing. We also have other branches of the businesses which this Office Administrator role will cover.
The Office Administrator role will consist of providing administrative and customer service support in our Wallasey office. We are looking for someone who is comfortable and skilled with technology as we try our best to run a paperless office. The ability to multi-task is essential; organisation is key for success in this role. Candidates applying for this role should be confident, hardworking, a good problem solver and resourceful.

    Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

TYPICAL TASKS

  • Answering telephones (across multiple platforms, e.g., Email, WhatsApp)
  • Dealing with sales enquiries
  • Liaising with clients
  • Liaising with design, development and marketing teams
  • Keeping directors and team members updated
  • Creating invoices and chasing outstanding payments
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Overseeing development updates
  • Monitoring digital projects and finalising projects
  • Content/product uploading
  • Website testing
  • Reviewing designs
  • Client meetings/providing training to clients on services provided
  • Remote client sessions
  • Job system admin
  • Monitoring mailboxes/providing email support
  • Live Chat support for multiple clients
  • General office admin
    The role is office based and working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, with an hour break for lunch.

In-Person Interview & Role Play Assessment

  • The next stage will be an in-person interview at our Wallasey office, where we will ask a series of competency-based questions. Candidates will be expected to provide answers in STAR format.
  • During this stage, candidates will also participate in a customer service role play exercise to assess their ability to handle client interactions, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities. This will involve responding to a simulated customer inquiry or issue in a professional and efficient manner
