We are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to an exceptional individual to join our team as an Office Administrator with a key focus on the management of the processing within our busy Change of Ownership Department.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be organised, efficient and eager to succeed
  • Have previous experience in a busy administration role with strong experience in MS office
  • Have a commitment to high standards and a positive, can-do approach to work
  • Be highly efficient and organised with excellent attention to details and the ability to prioritise work
  • Be customer focused with excellent customer service skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), with excellent command of the English language
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the motor industry is ideal but not essential

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION:

  • Act as a point of contact for customers, suppliers and business associates
  • Administrative and sales support with team members and customers
  • Dealing with a busy customer counter answering calls and emails as required and dealing with client queries
  • Any adhoc duties assigned including filling in with other departments
  • The successful candidate must have the ability to work on own initiative as well as working as part of a team
