Great company culture with room to grow. Metro is looking to add an Office Administrator to our growing office in El Paso. The qualified candidate will assist in office administration, scheduling, billing and assisting with day to day operations. Responsibilities Maintain database by entering new and/or update customer and account information. Enter accurate/complete data into company system and review discrepancies in data received Review daily reports of company data base Manage customer files Ability to communicate and coordinate with co-workers, effectively Assist team members with other projects as necessary Perform other related duties as assigned or required Scheduling Requirements High School Diploma or GED 8 Hour shifts Monday to Friday One (1) year prior, relevant work experience Billing Experience in data entry Detail-oriented Ability to multi-task and prioritize work according to urgency Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills Capable of staying on task and completing tasks with minimal supervision Desire and ability to work effectively as part of a team Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Knowledge of Fire Protection Industry a plus, but not required Experience with ProfitZoom or Building Reports a plus, but not required Benefits Medical Dental Vision Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) matching
