JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Office Administrator to support the team with day-to-day operations and general office duties. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you’ll be answering phones, managing emails, helping with campaign logistics, and keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes. Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Open, sort, and distribute daily post; manage outgoing mail
  • Take and relay messages for team members
  • Monitor and respond to general email inboxes, escalating issues when needed
  • Order and manage office stationery and supplies
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and document prep
  • Support the wider team on campaign-related projects and admin
  • Help check photos and reports submitted from the field team for quality and accuracy
  • Track and assist with store deliveries and field team queries
  • Maintain tidy, organized shared spaces and ensure supplies are topped up
  • Be the go-to person for small tasks that make a big difference to the team
