Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Helpdesk Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—handling inquiries, scheduling work, and ensuring everything runs efficiently. If you’re highly organised, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and ticketing system queries.
  • Log, track, and manage job requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate work.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, resolving queries quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and keep internal systems up to date.
  • Work closely with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
