Description

Monarch Transport Limited are seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our office by supporting various administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing supplier invoices.
  • Raising customer invoices.
  • Creating new supplier and customer accounts on our bespoke CRM
  • Liaising with suppliers via email and telephone to obtain paperwork.
  • Scheduling supplier payments.
  • Investigate and conclude supplier queries.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Hours of work are 20 Monday to Friday (can be flexible with days/times)
Salary is £13.00 per hour (paid weekly)
