Description

Our client is a group of companies delivering specialised services to the energy, resources, and food and beverage sectors, recognised for their work in hazardous area compliance, explosion protection, and power systems, alongside a nationally accredited training arm.

They're looking for a motivated, organised person to join their South Brisbane team as a Training / Office Administrator. This is a genuine first step into training coordination, administration and business operations, with real support to grow into the role.

Key Responsibilities - Training Administration:

  • Managing student enrolments, including eligibility checks and supporting evidence
  • Maintaining accurate, compliant student files and records
  • Coordinating training bookings, schedules and logistics
  • Working closely with trainers and supporting the Training Manager with reporting
  • Data entry, including raising invoices and setting up courses

Office Administration:

  • Answering calls and responding to client enquiries
  • Managing meeting rooms, office and kitchen supplies
  • General support for the wider team, including engineers
  • Helping organise office events and social functions
