POSITION DESCRIPTION:

New Leaf Psychology Centre is seeking a full-time office administrator to support our associates in meeting the needs of the growing community.

Typical daily responsibilities include;

  • Welcome clients to the clinic
  • Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries
  • Manage a high volume of client bookings for multiple associates
  • Issue invoices and receipts, documenting payments received
  • Run and respond to regular reports regarding clinic functioning
  • Ensure communication with appropriate professionals (phone calls, fax and email)
  • Update content of website and social media as required
  • Order supplies and receive deliveries
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
  • Work closely with the office manager and clinic director to ensure clinic is operating well
  • General office duties as required
  • Depending on experience, bookkeeping may be involved

QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful candidates will be experienced, energetic, highly organized and personable. They will possess exceptional verbal communication skills, both in person and by telephone, and will maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Successful candidates will be self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of work, and a sharp attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

SUMMARY:

Work Type: 7.5-hours per day, 8am to 4pm OR 9:30am to 5:30pm (you are able to choose)
Shift/Hours: Monday through Friday
Salary Range: $25-32 commensurate with experience
This position is NOT remote – you will be expected to work in the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
