JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in clerical duties, data entry, and familiarity with Microsoft Suite. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette and strong organisational skills to support our team effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks and data entry with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge is advantageous but not mandatory (training can be provided)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
