Office Administrator
This unique role is based in Sheffield with the successful candidate joining our small friendly office-based team. We are seeking an individual with experience in letting/estate management, who can assist with the administration of property lettings, undertake general office admin work and provide personal secretarial support for the property management team.
Essential skills required for this role are good communication, flexibility, to prioritise a varied workload and be able to work independently as well as part of a small team. for the right candidat we are happy to mould the job around you. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience and confidence in telephone call handing in an office environment is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience using the Microsoft package including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • All candidates need to have good interpersonal skills.
  • Effective and competent organisational skills.
  • Flexible/adaptable working approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but show individual accountability.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and the ability to take on and accept responsibility.
  • Driving License Essential
    Working hours are Monday to Friday 09.30 – 17.30
    Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time
    Salary: £17000 to 21000 per year pro rata
