Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year

HR Admin

  • Preparation of offer letters and contracts
  • Setting up onboarding MS Planner Boards
  • Sending Welcome Emails to new starters
  • Arranging DISC report for new starters, and access to Induction mandatory training
  • Managing HR system (Breathe) – setting up new starters, dealing with leavers and keeping records updated
  • Seeking references for new employees and handling reference requests for former employees
  • Managing health care provider, and updating with new starters and leavers
  • Handling the off-boarding of employees
  • Checking that all roles have valid Job descriptions
  • Handling ad hoc queries and requests about HR policies and processes
  • Reporting absence statistics to Leadership team
  • Reporting LinkedIn learning usage data to the Leadership team
  • Producing monthly HR/People reporting
  • Conducting HR research as needed, e.g. annual benefits revie
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

This is a new role for us, and a one which will sit at the heart of the company, providing support across every team in the business. We have grown to a size where we now need the support of a brilliantly organised and proactive individual, who will provide essential administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.
The Office Administrator role is critical to helping the business succeed by ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. This role will enable other teams in the business to focus on their core activities, which will contribute to the overall productivity and success of Notify. If your highly organised and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, then you’ll be perfect for this role.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Admin

  • Booking Company meetings and facilities
  • Organising company events
  • Maintaining a good relationship with landlords, Wizu
  • Supporting Health & Safety processes, liaising with external consultant
  • Updating policies and processes, as needed
  • Completing and submitted Supplier forms, where required
  • Other admin duties, as required

HR Admin

Sales/Marketing/Customer Admin

  • Support CRM (Hubspot) Users ensuring colleagues are set up with the correct permissions / access rights, and recieve appropriate emails / reports
  • Gather feedback from customers via adhoc “NPS calls”
  • Researching customers and competitors to support the sales team
  • Updating marketing content as instructed by our Head of Marketing
  • Supporting our team with planning Events
  • Producing Sales Reporting for Commercial team meeting
  • Act as SignRequest signatory to support Sales Order Forms
