Responsibilities

· Providing first class customer service in person, over the phone and by email
· Supporting the sales manager and team with day to day administration
· Preparing property details for marketing, managing the database, and keeping records accurate and up to date
· Listening to buyers’ requirements and matching them with suitable properties
· Coordinating property viewings
· Occasionally accompanying buyers on property viewings, when required
