As Parallel Wireless continues to grow, we are hiring an Office Administrator & Operations for our northern site in Tzemach, supporting ~50 employees. This role is central to running daily operations, supporting the Site Manager, and creating a positive and well-organized work environment. The position is ull-time, onsite: 09:00–18:00 or 07:00–16:00 (alternating) \n What You’ll Do Support the Site Manager with scheduling, coordination, preparing materials, and follow-up on action items. Coordinate meetings, visits, and internal site activities. Manage daily office operations: facilities, maintenance, supplies, vendor relationships, procurement, equipment, and logistics. Handle operational issues, employee requests, and site-level service needs. Manage inventory, including kitchen supplies, office equipment, and lab-related logistics. Prepare workstations, equipment, and logistics for onboarding new employees. Help integrate new employees and support a positive employee experience. Lead site communications, updates, and internal announcements. Plan and execute welfare activities, team events, onsite visits, and professional gatherings. What You Have Previous experience in office administration/operations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize. Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Service-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. Responsibilities
