PART TIME - OFFICE ADMIN

Osborne Bray is working with a leading company in the renewables sector. We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator and Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will be based fully onsite in their Bray office. You will play a key role in supporting the wider administration and accounts team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bookkeeping/accounting experience desirable
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with office software, including Excel
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and trust
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing reception, phones and emails
  • Data entry and reconciling monthly reports
  • Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, and all other finance duties assigned by the CFO
  • Setting up and attending meetings & taking accurate minutes
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and flights as required
  • Providing admin support to a busy team
  • Replacing office supplies when necessary
  • Managing all filing at the office and organising files for off-site storage
