Manage front desk operations: Guest reception and scheduling meetings. Overseeing administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating executive travel. Direct communication and coordination with vendors and service providers. Responsible for managing office supplies inventory (including office equipment, technological equipment, and kitchen supplies) and parking arrangements. Manage daily office purchases, including groceries and supplies. Responsibility for kitchen operations and organization Assist in travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations. Support HR in planning and managing events, company trips, conferences, team-building activities, birthdays, and happy hours. Requirements Bachelor's degree. 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs. Full-time, on-site position (Herzliya)
