Parsons Paving Ltd. is looking to hire a personable and reliable Office Administrator.
Duties include but are not limited to; answering email and telephone enquiries, assisting with new hire/rehire process including screening applications, taking part in interviews and completing orientations. Maintaining the employee training matrix and booking training as necessary, assisting with account receivables and payables, updating spreadsheets, assisting with the tendering process and record keeping among other general administrative duties and human resources tasks.
Individual must be proficient with Sage, Microsoft Office, possess above average communication skills, both written and verbal and have 3 years minimum office administration experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
