Characteristics We Are Looking For: Excellent organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with keen attention to detail Resourceful team-player with the ability to also work independently Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of and adherence to all company policies of Bellavance Beverage Job Functions: Company equipment management and troubleshooting, managing repairs, inventory, purchasing and tech support Point person/liaison with various vendors, coordinating support with team members, addressing service issues, etc. Coordinate company events and manage use of guest event space, including room prep/close Manages company event tickets, creating and monitoring usage schedule with sales team Works directly with President on specials assignments, call/schedule follow-up and management, and data collection Supports Management team on various projects as needed Maintains uniform and office supply inventory Book and coordinate travel details Additional various administrative tasks Requirements High School diploma, some college preferred or equivalent experience 2-3 years administrative or assistant-like experience supporting members of management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook) Strong background with Mac OS platform and Apple products (phones, tables and computers) Ability to work at M-F 10AM-2PM schedule, with occasional additional hours around on-site events
Responsibilities
The role involves managing company equipment, acting as a liaison with vendors, coordinating company events, and handling various administrative tasks including supply inventory and travel coordination. This person will also directly support the President with assignments, scheduling, and data collection, while assisting the Management team on projects.
