Canada’s largest family-owned moving company is seeking an Office Administrator for our London, ON branch. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative duties, including answering phones and emails, scheduling bookings, data entry, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will interact regularly with customers, movers, drivers, and management to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS

· Previous administrative or office experience (transportation or moving industry an asset).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or scheduling software.
