PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR

Ken Robinson Refrigeration is a full-service multi-trade company based in Stratford, ON; we are locally owned and operated servicing industrial, commercial and residential sectors across Southwestern Ontario for the past 25 years.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join the team at our Stratford, Ontario office. This role provides support across accounting, payroll, HR administration, and front-desk reception.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in administration, accounting, or payroll is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office; experience with accounting/payroll software an asset).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Support Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
  • Assist with and back up for weekly payroll preparation and related record keeping.
  • Provide HR administrative support
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide reception coverage.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as needed.
  • Perform general office duties to support smooth day-to-day operations.
