An experienced Office Administrator (Part- time) is required to join our team at head office in Donabate, North Dublin.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing invoicing - Reviewing, approving, importing of same into Sage:
  • Price checking and credit note management;
  • Balancing/ reconciling monthly account statements;
  • Carrying out general administrative duties as required by the team to include ordering stationary;
  • Additional responsibilities and conducting assignments as requested by management;
