PSL Patrick Sprack Limited was formed in 2006 as a Preventative Maintenance Oriented HVAC company. Since this time, we have become a reputable and leading Northern Ontario HVAC-R contractor to the mines, industrial sites as well as commercial properties.
PSL Patrick Sprack Limited provides a variety of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, petroleum, propane, and refrigeration services ranging from planned maintenance (both preventative and full coverage), inspections and diagnostic services as well as repairs, retrofits and new installations for commercial and industrial mechanical systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a well-organized and tidy workspace.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Answer phones, redirect calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage email correspondence and prioritize messages.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and take minutes as required.
  • Arrange travel arrangements for employees if necessary.
  • Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and coordinate IT support when needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support HR in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in tracking office expenses and preparing budget reports.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by senior management.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency.
  • Other duties as required.
