We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join our growing Administration Team based at our Carrickfergus headquarters. Our clients include all major Health Trusts as well as a wide range of private sector partners. This is a great opportunity for a well-organised and motivated individual to be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our finance and admin functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and confident in using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office. Experience with SAGE accounting software is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively

EXPERIENCE:

  • Office administrator : 2 years (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Preparing invoices and collating supporting certificates for issue to customers
  • Posting invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly
  • Identifying and escalating customer queries to senior management
  • Handling customer invoicing queries and related correspondence
  • Responding promptly to urgent customer requests (e.g. sending copy invoices to ensure payment)
