X-Press Legal Services is a leading provider of data to the conveyancing industry. Our clients are law firms and legal professionals, handling the sale of property and land, who demand the highest standards of accuracy and integrity from us, delivered within exacting timescales. Our Head Office is based in Birchwood, Warrington, and we have 25 franchises located throughout England and Wales.
We are a small but well-established and growing business based in Thornbury, and we are looking for an organised, detail-oriented Office Administrator (with the potential to progress to Office Manager for the right candidate) to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a flexible role with the option to work some hours remotely. You’ll be supporting the smooth running of our business—handling day-to-day admin, communicating with clients, and preparing quotes for new work. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 10, working alongside both admin and specialist staff as well as our Directors, to provide our clients with a first-class service.

Responsibilities
  • Handling general admin tasks: emails, data capturing and maintaining orders on our case management system
  • Responding to client queries in a timely, professional manner
  • Preparing and sending quotes to clients based on provided information

  • Helping ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day
