Established in 1969, Autosigns is a leading supplier of POS, retail, and display solutions to the used car market. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator / Sales Support Assistant to join our team. This role will work closely with Account Managers, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Maintain accurate records on the company CRM system, ensuring all customer details and notes are up to date
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them appropriately and ensuring prompt follow-up
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Process customer orders diligently, ensuring correct product information and delivery times are recorded
  • Support with general office duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and managing correspondence
  • Liaise with customers professionally to handle queries, order issues, and complaints
  • Assist in organising diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team when required
  • Contribute to team events, projects, and initiatives to support company growth
