OVERVIEW:

We’re hiring a dependable and organized Office Administrator / Project Coordinator to handle daily office tasks and help manage projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A Class 5 Driver’s License and personal vehicle are required for travel to project sites and supplier locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or project coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and Adobe
  • Typing speed of 30 WPM or more
  • Background in trades or interior/exterior design is a plus
  • Must have valid Class 5 license and own vehicle
