REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or NITEC in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in HR & office administration role, preferably within the finance industry
Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time Office Administrator role located in Singapore. Some remote work is acceptable. As a Junior Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day fund accounting operations and delivery of Net-Asset-Value packs and reports to fund managers and investors.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR and office management functions
  • Provide payroll support in calculation of employee overtime and verification of timesheets
  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meetings
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
  • Provide support to employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records
  • Organising and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Performing data entry and other administrative duties as required
