Position:
The primary focus of the role is to support the team and client portfolio.
Based fully onsite in the Harold’s Cross, 6W office.
Duties:
Ensure the smooth running of our company inbox and phone line by assisting with client
requests.
Schedule engineers visits and deal with access issues.
Ensure engineering reports and all paperwork meet our standards and those set by
particular clients and they are issued in a timely manner.
To assist with the issuing invoices ensuring they conform to the client’s requirements, e.g.
Purchase Order Numbers.
Maintaining training records for all staff.
Working with management in gathering HR information for employees and storage of same.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a support role, ideally within the engineering / construction
industry
Strong communications skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience in the following systems would be beneficial: Fixflow, Workpal, Invoice 2 Go
Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00 per year
