Description

Position:
 The primary focus of the role is to support the team and client portfolio.
 Based fully onsite in the Harold’s Cross, 6W office.
Duties:
 Ensure the smooth running of our company inbox and phone line by assisting with client
requests.
 Schedule engineers visits and deal with access issues.
 Ensure engineering reports and all paperwork meet our standards and those set by
particular clients and they are issued in a timely manner.
 To assist with the issuing invoices ensuring they conform to the client’s requirements, e.g.
Purchase Order Numbers.
 Maintaining training records for all staff.
 Working with management in gathering HR information for employees and storage of same.
Requirements:
 2-3 years of experience in a support role, ideally within the engineering / construction
industry
 Strong communications skills
 Excellent attention to detail
 Experience in the following systems would be beneficial: Fixflow, Workpal, Invoice 2 Go
 Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00 per year
