OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, supervisory experience, and a solid background in office management. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing front desk activities, and providing support in human resources and bookkeeping tasks.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on office management
  • Supervising experience is preferred to lead a team effectively
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette
  • Experience in human resources functions including payroll and employee training & development
  • Background in vendor management and budgeting practices is advantageous
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks with attention to detail in filing and documentation
