Our client, a leading construction and property services company operating across the UK and Ireland, is seeking a full-time Office Administrator Assistant to join their head office team. The company provides construction, refurbishment, and property redevelopment services across multiple sectors, including housing, healthcare, education, and aviation.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a multi-line telephone system and direct calls to appropriate colleagues.
  • Take detailed messages and ensure they reach the correct staff members.
  • Coordinate staff leave and update shared calendars once approved.
  • Maintain records for company vehicles, including MOTs, insurance, and tax.
  • Keep vehicle and equipment repair logs up to date.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff as required.
  • Schedule temporary staff for site work as needed.
  • Record daily site staff attendance and produce weekly timesheets for accounts processing.
  • Check weekly rental income for commercial and residential properties.
  • Liaise with tenants and resolve reported issues.
  • Maintain an up-to-date register of leases and tenancy agreements.
