We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. This role combines general administrative duties with basic accounting responsibilities, providing essential support across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working with numbers and office systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced work environment.
· 1 – 2 years of related experience in accounting would be an asset but not required.
· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
· Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
· Experience with an ERP system would be an asset.
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

The duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Performing day-to-day accounting activities for Accounts Receivable including invoicing, cash receipts, bank deposits, and statements
· Receive, organize, stamp and distribute mail.
· Provide administrative support by maintaining, organizing filing system and performing data entry.
· Review all supplier statements.
· Monitor accounting email and phone calls and answer inquiries as needed.
· Perform and assist with general office duties as required.
· General reception – front line office as well as phone
