Professional Psychological Services is a Psychology Private Practice that has been in business for over 20 years. We currently have 3 positions available:
- Office Administrator / Receptionist - Full Time
- Office Administrator / Receptionist - Part Time
* 2 days a week and a Saturday
* Evenings 3 days a week (3-8pm) and a Saturday
- Accounts Administrator

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in reception and office administration. However, training will also be provided.

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in using Spreadsheets as well as accounts payable and receivable, however, training will also be provided.

Responsibilities

ROLE FOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR INVOLVES:

  • Scanning, printing and filing
  • Answering phone calls
  • Booking Appointments
  • Data Entry using databases and spreadsheets
  • liaison with the practice therapists and referring bodies
  • liaison with referring organizations
  • taking payments and following up on payments.

ROLE FOR ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR INVOLVES:

  • Data Entry using databases and spreadsheets
  • Liaison with paying organizations
  • Invoicing and following up on payments.
  • Liaison with practice manager and practice director regarding payments systems
  • Electronic filing
  • Accounts payable and receivable
