Description

We are looking to fill a part-time Office Admin / Receptionist position in a multi-disciplinary clinic in North Vancouver.
The work would be 4 - 5 days a week, Mondays - Fridays, with mix of shifts 9am - 1:30pm and 1:30pm - 6:15pm. Occasional Saturdays or extra days to cover for vacation. The candidate would start training and working in the job in the middle of September.
An ideal candidate is from the North Shore and has a previous experience working in the clinic and with Jane app.

The duties include:

  • Greeting and checking clients in
  • Taking phone calls
  • Booking & rescheduling clients in Jane App software
  • Billing insurance and taking payments from clients
  • Laundry and basic cleaning

Skills we require:

  • Great customer service
  • Knowledge of the health & wellness industry
  • Preference to the candidates familiar with Jane app software
