JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently hiring a part-time Office Administrator / Receptionist to support the daily operations of our wellness clinic. This is a front-facing role requiring strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have prior clinic experience and a passion for the health & wellness field.
We are expanding our clinic hours to include Sundays in response to growing client demand and are looking for a reliable team member to help us support this next phase of growth.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly greeting and checking in clients
  • Answering phones and assisting with inquiries
  • Booking and rescheduling appointments using Jane App
  • Processing payments and insurance billing
  • Cleaning duties (laundry, tidying common areas)
  • Supporting administrative tasks as needed
