Office Administrator
Full Time Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm (30min lunch break) with flexibility to work extra hours during our busier seasons.
Good Customer Care dealing with tenants and clients at front desk.
Cat owner as house viewing outside of student area sometimes required
Deal with telephone calls & process messages and queries as appropriate.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Zero, Excel & general computer knowledge.
Manage and monitor emails, respond to queries via email/phone.
General office tasks i.e. drafting documents, dealing with requests from tenants.
Dealing with Deposits, signing up new tenants and rents. General accounts required.
A book keeping knowledge beneficial
