Location: Port Kells (Surrey), BC
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As B.C.’s leading supplier of first-fit and replacement components for trucks and trailers, we operate a central distribution warehouse in Surrey that supports six strategically located branches throughout the province.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our Head Office team in Port Kells, Surrey. This position is conveniently accessible by public transit.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Office Administrator / Receptionist is responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to support both management and employees. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also helping to manage the company’s day-to-day office operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative and basic accounts payable experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors, and direct them to the appropriate staff member
  • Monitor and process high volumes of incoming email (invoices and packing slips)
  • Rename and file digital invoices and packing slips
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
  • Order office supplies and maintain the supply room
  • Manage printer toner levels and maintain general office equipment
  • Create welcome letters for new customer accounts
  • Process online payments for the Accounts Receivable department
  • Assist the Accounts Payable department as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
