We are currently looking for our futur Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree: Bac +2 in an administrative or commercial field
  • Desired experience: 2-3 years of experience
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and French.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with office administration.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and direct them as needed.
  • Answer and route phone calls.
  • Sort and manage emails and mail.
  • Organize meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks (printing, filing, etc.).
  • Assist with travel bookings and expense reports.
  • Manage office supplies and services.
  • Support HR with interview scheduling and legal documentation.
  • Help the marketing team with promotional items and event coordination.
