At this time, Mazzei Electric Ltd. is hiring an Office Administrator/Receptionist. The successful candidate could be based out of our Victoria office. We are looking for a candidate that is a responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, while providing support to other areas of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One year of experience in an administrative role required.
  • Technologically savvy and able to navigate cellphone, laptops and printer setups.
  • Diploma or certificate in administration an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
