JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team at a wellness clinic which offers services such as Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Registered Massage. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We require assistance for half a day in the afternoon on Tuesdays, a short 3-hour shift on Wednesdays, and a full 8:30 am -5 pm shift on Thursdays. Overall, this position is laid-back and a great opportunity for a student or someone local looking for some extra hours.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines
  • Experience with Jane or similar software is a bonus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail
