The Office Administrator coordinates and oversees administrative duties in head office and provides administrative support to remote sites, ensuring these offices operate efficiently and smoothly. The Office Administrator’s responsibilities generally include duties such greeting visitors directing visitors and inbound calls, managing office supplies, coordinating with couriers and other external vendors, performing office opening and closing duties, and supporting other departments with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and preparing various types of documents and reports.

  • Perform receptionist duties which includes greeting visitors, answering and directing all calls within Bosa operational standards and guidelines.
  • Perform office opening and closing duties
  • Coordinating couriers (local and international) for various departments.
  • Sorting and delivering mail to various departments.
  • Managing supplies and equipment of head office, remote offices and project sites.
  • Managing employee administration logistics (parking, fobs, keys).
  • Maintaining and improving on office policies and procedures.
  • Partnering with key contacts to facilitate and maintain the security of the office.
  • Comply with and administer occupational health and safety standards.
  • Providing support to sites and remote offices for new accounts, troubleshoot, and supplies.
  • Assisting in managing the inventory of PPE and uniforms for various Bosa Development teams.
  • Assist and support organizing special events, internal and external.
  • Assisting with general legal and accounting administration
  • Taking on special projects delegated by various departments.
  • Managing the administration for employee time away.
  • Supporting the IT Manager to troubleshoot IT issues.
  • Build relationship with site teams to effectively provide supporting services.
  • Support the ownership and executive team on various tasks.
  • Providing admin support pertaining to corporate entities.
  • Ensuring professional representation of the Bosa brand at all times.
  • Conducting oneself in a manner that is consistent with the Bosa core values.
  • Work closely with your team and other departments to achieve company wide goals.
  • Managing the corporate condos (calendars, work in units, coordination with cleaners/concierge).

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
