Description

We are looking for a full time experienced Office Administrator to join and be part of our fantastic team. You will be working in a fast paced environment, dealing with current and potential client queries in a friendly and always timely manner.
You will also work in an operations role to plan, direct and coordinate all field based operatives.
The successful applicant will have to be focused, articulate, organised and and an excellent communicator.
You have to be able to deal with pressure from both service users and staff.
Duties will include all front of house reception and admin duties.

You will have to possess:

  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task activities
  • Capability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail
