KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist all customers, visitors, and suppliers in a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls while managing inquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Perform general day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, handling inventory, data entry, and maintaining records and document preparation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and email correspondence
  • Support the sales and service teams with scheduling paperwork, and coordination as needed
  • Keep the reception and office areas clean, presentable and well-organized all the times
  • Conduct additional administrative duties as assigned, with discretion and professionalism
