Description

Looking for an office administrator / receptionist / showroom sales assistant.
Must be reliable and eager to learn in a fast paced environment. We work closely as a team, and your role would be assisting the office manager, sales reps and owners as needed.

Duties include:

  • Answering phone calls, greeting and helping customers if sales reps are not available.
  • Assisting our sales reps and owners in quoting small and big projects by checking stock/pricing for material and plumbing accessories, typing and sending quotes, and correspondence’s with clients.
  • Assisting our office manager as needed with filing and other basic office duties.
  • Setting up daily schedules for our installation / template team.

Must be good with communication, and have customer service experience.

EXPERIENCE IN AN OFFICE ENVIRONMENT IS REQUIRED.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
