TEAM 2000 REALTY Inc., Brokerage is seeking an organized and motivated PART TIME Administrative Assistant to join our Preconstruction Sales Office in Oshawa. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive role and is looking to grow within the real estate industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Administrative Assistant in our Preconstruction Sales Office, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will assist our sales team with a variety of tasks. You will play an integral part in ensuring the office runs smoothly, helping direct prospective buyers with questions to our sales representative, and supporting the team in achieving sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must reside in or near Oshawa, ON, with reliable transportation.
  • Available to work weeknights, typically, Monday to Wednesday from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM and on weekends, as needed from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Sales Office Operating Hours:
    Monday - Thursday 1pm to 7pm

Saturday and Sunday 11am-5pm

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean and efficient working environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
  • A desire to grow with the company and contribute to the team’s success.

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing appointments and preparing documents.
  • Maintain an organized office environment and ensure all sales materials are up-to-date.
  • Assist with potential buyer inquiries and ensure all follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Handle general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Efficiently manage Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication.
  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
