OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have experience in supervising office operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities, managing clerical tasks, and supporting various departments within the organization. A unique position and opportunity where our admin staff also does light to medium drink and refreshment service for a chance to make tips that are 100% the employees to keep.
Seeking multiple positions to fill. Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm/ 4pm to 11pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm/ 4pm to 10pm and Sunday 12pm to 6pm.
Position starts at 18/ hr during training, 20/ hr after training is complete, plus tips that are 100% the employees to keep from our bar. Health coverage eligible after 6 months.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in supervising teams and managing office environments.
  • Strong clerical experience with a focus on organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
