POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting project management, and ensuring clear communication between customers, suppliers, and our roofing crews. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous administrative experience (construction or roofing industry experience is an asset)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an asset
