You’ll provide facilities that reflect and support a professional work environment while fostering a cohesive and collaborative team culture across all staff. Key Responsibilities Reception Service: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a consistently professional and positive impression. Facilities & Office Management: Oversee office leases, maintenance, cleaning, supplies, furniture and etc. Ensure OH&S compliance and manage catering, events, and travel arrangements. IT & Communications Coordination: Coordinate the procurement and management of IT hardware, software, networks, and telephone systems, liaising with support services as needed. Financial Administration: Process office expenditures, support banking routines, and etc. HR Support: Facilitate onboarding and departure processes, training support, and etc. Business operation team support: Provide administrative support to project teams, including bid preparation and business generation activities. Experience in bid support, operations, or business development is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Highly organized with excellent time-management skills. Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
